The Clubhouse is available for use only by adult association members, who are solely responsible for the
condition of the premises and the actions of their guests.
Clubhouse availability is scheduled on a first-come basis to Saddleridge Property Owner Association Members
current on all assessments.
There is a minimum fee of $25.00 per day for Clubhouse use.
Upon scheduling a date for Clubhouse use, a Clubhouse Inventory Checklist is to be signed and submitted
with a deposit check.
There is a $125.00 deposit required for Clubhouse use.
Deposit covers any required cleaning or repair and return of key. Deposit check
will be returned following post-inspection of the Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse is to be cleaned and locked no later than 10:00 p.m.
