Welcome to the Saddleridge Property Owner's Website


Saddleridge is a community of 218 multi-acre homesites located in the Texas Hill Country 4 miles south of Wimberley, on the northeast corner of the junction of Ranch Road 12 and Ranch Road 32. As of December, 2023 168 homes are either completed or in progress in the subdivision.

Important Saddleridge Information

    Architectural Changes and New Construction Questions and Requests

    The Saddleridge Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (available on the Documents page of this website) requires Architectural Control Committee review and approval for all improvements within Saddleridge including, but not limited to; new construction, modifications to existing structures, fences, mailboxes, driveways, and outbuildings. If you have questions or need to communicate with the Architectural Committee for any reason, please send them an email at ACC@saddleridge.com. Architectural Committee members and contact information can be found on the Sadddleridge Committee page here.

    Saddleridge Board of Directors Monthly Meeting

    The next Saddleridge Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for February 17, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Saddleridge Clubhouse. Please see the notice of that meeting here.

    2025 Saddleridge Property Owner's Dues Assessment

    2025 Saddleridge Property Owner's dues payments were due in December, 2024, and past due in January, 2025. Delinquent dues and late fees may be paid by credit card by sending an email to secretary@saddleridge.com requesting a PayPal invoice via email.
